Cultivate Direct Terms and Conditions
Please read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before connecting Cultivate Direct
with your Shopify store. Your access to and use of Cultivate Direct is conditioned on
your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
By connecting or using Cultivate Direct you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions then you may not use
Cultivate Direct.
Logo Image
By uploading your logo to Cultivate Direct, you grant Cultivate permission to use and display your logo on
the
Cultivate website and in the Cultivate extension. If you choose not to upload a logo, a placeholder image will be used
instead.
Product Catalog
By uploading your product catalog and inventory to Cultivate Direct, you grant Cultivate permission to list
your products on https://www.wecultivate.us and in the Cultivate extension
and mobile application. You also certify that only products that fall under the made in USA product label are being
uploaded to Cultivate Direct. If a
product is made in the USA but with imported parts, you agree to properly label these products as such in
Cultivate Direct. Cultivate will attempt to verify these claims before accepting any product, but you, the
product seller,
will ultimately be responsible for any false product claims. By granting Cultivate Direct inventory
permission, Cultivate will only use this permission to keep product stock information up to date and only list
products still
available on your Shopify store.
Sales Commission
By connecting Cultivate Direct to your Shopify store and uploading your product catalog or joining the
Cultivate Pay It Forward program, you agree to pay Cultivate US a commission of all sales from users who have been
tracked to have originated from Cultivate, either through the Cultivate marketplace, the Cultivate mobile
applications,
or the Cultivate extension. This commission will be 7% of sales by default, unless an alternative commission rate is
agreed to by Cultivate US.
Program Termination
Should you decide you would no longer like to connect your Shopify store with Cultivate Direct, you must
provide a notice of termination. This notice of termination shall be emailed to
[email protected]. Once received,
your remaining products will be removed from Cultivate’s inventory. Alternatively, once notification that you have
uninstalled Cultivate Direct is received by Cultivate US, this will serve as your notice of program
termination
and your remaining products will be removed from Cultivate’s inventory.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a
revision
is material, we will try to provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a
material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
